Sugar What is it …

Sugar is a simple carbohydrate that feeds your body calories that are used as energy, are two types of sugars.

Natural Sugar

Natural sugar is from mother earth and is found in unprocessed foods. Food with natural occurring sugar is fruit (where fructose comes from),vegetables, some grains and dairy (where lactose comes from).

Added Sugar

Added sugar is found in  so much of the so called food that is consumed each day by that averaged American. Added sugar has almost no nutritional value and is very hard for are body to digest. Sugar is packed in things such as:

  • candy
  • dairy desserts
  • almost all sweet drinks
  • Sauce ex(BBQ, salid  dressing, ketchup)
  • cereals and granola
  •  many more just read some food label

Bottom line!

People do not even realize that they are addicted to sugar and how terrible it is for them.Eating too much added sugar has been linked to so many health problems including

  • tooth decay
  • obesity
  • type 2 diabetes
  • heartdisease
  • high triglyceride levels
  • increased low-density lipoprotein (LDL, or “bad”)cholesterol levels
  • decreased high-density lipoprotein (HDL, or “good”)cholesterol levels.
  • energy loss


There are so many healthy alternatives to foods that will hurt you and your health

1. Choose snacks that are from the earth fruit and vegetables

2. Stop drinking sodas (one can has 8 or more teaspoons of sugar) choose water or 100% juice

3. Cut the candy and get a health bar with simple ingredients

4. Let go of the processed crap you know is not good for you

5. Make your own food so you know whats in it

6. Know there is always a health alternative for your craving

I Cant Enforce Enough!

Read the labels on all the food you buy make it a habit. I think you might be very surprised on how many ingredients you do not know that are in you’re favorite foods.Also they are very sneaky when putting sugar on labels here are some of the names they use for sugar…

Pro Tip!!!

When starting out don’t just jump into no added sugar right away start off with small improvements and don’t stop till you fell amazing and its out of your life.

P.S .  Start off first with cutting out high-fructose corn syrup it is just poison for your body
