Lets start off with some facts about water

  • The average human body is made up of 55 to 70 precent water(newborn babies can reach up to 78 % water!
  • Water covers 70.9 precent of the planets surface!
  • 1.8 billion people worldwide drink water that is contaminated with feces!
  • Without water you will die in around 3 days!
  • Drinking water for 15 million Americans in 27 states is contaminated with toxic chemicals!

With that being said we know water is very important in our daily lives. Below I will tell you how the right water has helped me on my journey, plus what waters to drink and what water to stay away from.

Ralf Smart was the first person who got me to think about the water I drank. He has a video which talks about the fluoride in the tap water and how it calcifies your pineal gland. I had never heard anything like this before and it really interested me. So the next day I started drinking high PH water, then shortly after switched to spring water(because of Dr.Sebi).The results I got from drinking these different types of water was amazing I felt more clear, present and  conscious. Here are some different water sources and their flaws and benefits.

TAP WATER

Benefits: You can get it almost anywhere in the USA

Flaws: It is full of harmful components for the body

I was shocked when I found out how the tap water was treated to make it suitable for us to use. To  kill bacteria and other microorganisms the water is treated with all sorts of poisonous chemicals which are very hazardous to are health.

Here is a list of  just a few of the chemicals routinely added to are water supply:

  • Liquified chlorine
  • Fluorosilicic acid
  • Aluminium sulphate
  • Calcium hydroxide
  • Sodium silicofluoride

In addition to those chemicals the water passes threw very old pipes in which it is almost impossible to no get contaminated. Here are some more contents of tap water.

Typical Tap Water contents

  • Chlorine
  • Fluorine compounds
  • Trihalomethanes (THMs)
  •  arsenic
  •  radium
  •  aluminium
  •  copper
  •  lead
  •  mercury
  •  cadmium
  • barium
  • Hormones
  • Nitrates
  • Pesticides

Natural sources of water (Spring, Fruit)

Benefits: Comes straight from earth and has everything we need

Flaws: Have to get it in plastic bottles

In my opinion water straight from nature is the very best sources of water you can have. The first one is fresh fruit EX; any types of melons, mangoes, oranges, coconuts, papaya, grapes……  You can’t get all the water you need straight from fruit so the next best would be spring water.Spring water is excellent the earth gives you the right minerals, ph levels and molecular structure in the water ready to drink. The only flaws are you buy a lot of plastic bottles and find the right spring water to get so its not a fake.

Man Made High PH

Benefits: The water is clean of contaminates and has a high alkaline level

Flaws: It is artificial and has not had too many studies done on it,

PH refers to the alkalinity or acidic form of water. The scale for this is from 0 to 14 , zero being the most acidic and 14 the most alkaline. Spring water and most water we drink is around 6 to 7.High PH water ranges from 8 to 10 on the scale with the alkalinity this high there have been some benefits found ….

  • anti-aging properties (via liquid antioxidants that absorb more quickly into the human body)
  • colon-cleansing properties
  • immune system support
  • hydration, skin health, and other detoxifying properties
  • weight loss
  • cancer resistance

With all that said I am still a bit skeptical of this water because of how it is man made and the natural alkalinity of water being lower.

Distilled water

Benefits: It is extremely purifed and clean.

Flaws: All of the good conponits of the water are gone too

Distilled water is made by boiling water and collecting the evaporation this process takes out all bacteria, viruses, cysts, heavy metals, radionuclides, organics, inorganics, and particulates. This make the water very clean and pure but takes out some of the earths magic Minerals.

Reverse osmosis

Benefits: It takes out all toxic contents

Flaws: Removes some of the good menials too

Reverse osmosis is a way of purifying water where it is pressurized and pushed through all types of filtration systems one after the other. This is a great way of filtering water because it reenacts what the earth does to purify water. The only downfall once again is that it takes out the good minerals too. One great thing about reverse osmosis is that you can get a system installed right in your house which is very handy.
